- Lionel Starkweather bribes the Carcer City Police chief Gary Schaffer to allow his snuff film ring to operate within Carcer City.
- The events of Manhunt take place in November.
- James Earl Cash is supposed to be executed, however he is saved by snuff film director Lionel Starkweather, who makes him the protagonist of his latest film.
- Starkweather's "Born Again" film is released.
- Starkweather's "White Trash" film is released.
- Starkweather's "Strapped for Ca$h" film is released.
- Starkweather's "View of Innocence" film is released.
- Starkweather's "Mouth of Madness" film is released. This was the last film tape released by Starkweather.
- Starkweather's film actor "White Rabbit" is killed in his unreleased tape "Kill the Rabbit".
- Starkweather sends Cerberus mercenaries to eliminate Cash after finishing recording "Kill the Rabbit".
- James Earl Cash is captured by film actor and Wardogs leader Ramirez while escaping the Cerberus.
- Ramirez and his henchmen are killed by Cash in their apartment complex in Darkwoods.
- James Earl Cash helps a Carcer City News journalist to collect her evidences against Starkweather in her apartment in Central, killing several police officers along the way.
- Starkweather sends CCPD officers and SWAT team to capture both Cash and the journalist, however both of them escapes.
- Piggsy manages to break his chains and escape from Starkweather's Estate's attic, slaughtering some of the Cerberus mercenaries.
- James Earl Cash is captured by the Cerberus Leader at the Stockyard train yard and is taken to Starkweather's Estate in Wapona Hills.
- James Earl Cash manages to get inside Starkweather's Estate and kills his private army of Cerberus, including the Cerberus Leader, making his way to the attic.
- Piggsy is killed by Cash with his own chainsaw.
- Lionel Starkweather is brutally murdered by Cash.
- The CCPD finds Starkweather's snuff film ring in his estate's confines.
