Babyface 1, also known as Mr. Bunny by fans, is a member of the Innocentz in Manhunt.
Background[]
Compared to the other Innocentz, Babyface 1 is one of the more unique members, as he suffers from intellectual disability or - possibly - very low-functioning autism, effectively making him a child trapped in an adult's body, leaving him totally ignorant to the rest of his deplorable fellow gang members. He constantly mentions someone named "Mr. Bunny", likely an imaginary friend. This disabled Babyface is seemingly just another gibbering lunatic left to wander the mean streets of Carcer City.
On the contrast to his very child-like personality, he has a much darker side, likened to some of his fellow members. He mentions collecting the eyeballs from his victims, and constantly makes comments (in his twisted, playful manner) about the dubious plans he has for Cash.[1]
Personality and Mannerisms[]
Due to his mental illness, he speaks in a very childish manner,[2][3][4] although he can speak clearly to some extent, especially when he's angry. He mentions having to be fed, having to "go potty". He also fails to comprehend the concept of death, as upon witnessing dead bodies, he asks them to get up and stop sleeping. Because of his very low mental age, he gets easily upset and angry, and also easily scared - for example he cries for his "mommy" when he's afraid of Cash.
He sometimes talks to his imaginary friend, Mr. Bunny, and sings nursery rhymes to himself.[5][6]
Relationships[]
With the Innocentz[]
Due to his mental disorder, he barely interacts with the rest of the gang, although he may call out to them when he spots Cash or a corpse.[7]
With Valiant Video and the manhunt[]
He does not seem to be fully aware of the existence of Valiant Video Enterprises, instead he views the entire hunt as a hide-and-seek game.[8][9]
With Cash[]
He often refers to Cash as "Nasty Man", "The Nasty" or "Mister".
