Babyface 2, also known as Daddy, is a member of the Innocentz in Manhunt.
Background[]
Not much is known about him, nor what led him to become a pedophile. It is shown that he struggles with mental disorders, which is possibly what drove him further into insanity.
It is possible that he might not actually be a pedophile, but instead, his mental illness, presumably schizophrenia, makes him think he is one and act accordingly,[1][2] although his bursts of anger may just prove otherwise.
He blames children for his tendencies, thinking that they are inherently seductive, presumably due to his mental illness.[3][4]
Personality and Mannerisms[]
- His voice is remarkably calm and persuasive at times, but he often has angry outbursts, especially when he can't find Cash. He tends to apologize for his behavior as well.[5][6] He sometimes calls children "brats" or "hot meat".
- He coaxes his targets with little treats, such as candy, "suprises" and baseball cards.[7][8]
- He also seems to be into BDSM, talking about punishing children and teaching them "discipline".[9]
- Ironically, when taking enough damage, he may call out for help, claiming he's being violated.[10]
Relationships[]
With the Innocentz[]
Not much is said about his relationship with his fellow members, but it is mentioned that even the original Innocentz dislike him. He also refers to them as "Daddy's friends" in one line of dialogue, asking them not to "spank" Cash too hard (just so he can do it for himself) and how he wants him all to himself.
Being presumably the oldest of the Innocentz, next to Babyface 1, who is around his age, but has the mental age of a toddler, he frequently calls the other Innocentz "Boys".
With Valiant Video and the Manhunt[]
According to the Manhunt Guide, Starkweather hired the Babyfaces as means of adding more "muscle" to the gang, likely due to their distressing "interests" and actions. In his own dialogues, he plans on making the most of the night, likely to find some of the "filthy fun" he keeps talking about.
With Cash[]
He sees Cash as his "little boy" (even if Cash is way older to be a "little boy") whom he loves very much, calling him affectionate names and even loving the way he moves. When angered, he also calls him an ungrateful brat, and a filthy-minded whore who "makes him think thoughts".
