Boxes of Brians Nails are used to depict the item pickups for the Box of Nails, used to replenish the ammunition of the Nail Gun with 10 additional rounds. According to the ammo box, it contains 20 units, although only 10 units are obtained from collecting the items. The box features a render of the Nail Gun.
The company reappear in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas along with other ammunition companies from Manhunt. The boxes appear as interior props at Ammu-Nation stores.
