The laundromat is located on the ground floor of the Carcer City Mall and it's defunct, along with all businesses located in the mall. The landromat is accessible to the player by breaking the glass door. Painkillers and a Revolver Six Shooter can be found inside the laundry during View of Innocence.

- In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, a laundromat named "Brownstone Laundromat" can be found in Little Havana, Vice City. It appears that the Brunstane Laundromat sign from Manhunt is a modified version of the Brownstone Laundromat sign from GTA Vice City.
