Central is a neighborhood of Carcer City that appears in Manhunt.
Description[]
The neighborhood is depicted as a large residential and commercial area of the city, also cleaner and wealthier compared to all neighborhoods visited throughout the events of Manhunt. It can only be accessed through a tunnel located in the neighborhood, which is under repair due to a waterworks piping re-installation.
Central is home to Chips Casino, the Carcer City Museum, and numerous small businesses. The Journalist resides in an apartment building located in the neighborhood.
