City Center is a financial district in Cottonmouth.
Description[]
The City Center is the business sector of Cottonmouth, it contains most of the city's skyscrapers, including the Maibatsu Plaza. Aside from the plaza itself, the City Center serves as a background scenario for the flashback episode "Assassination".
Billboards in the district advertises businesses from Cottonmouth and announcements for recurring films and music albums from the Grand Theft Auto series.

The City Center appears to be a hybrid of central districts from multiple Southeastern US cities.
