Fancy That! is a clothing shop appearing in Manhunt.
Description[]
The only known branch of Fancy That! is located in the Carcer City Mall in East Los Albos, Carcer City. The clothing store is defunct, along with all businesses located in the mall. It is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.

Trivia[]
- The storefront texture was originally repurposed for Rockstar North's Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to be used for The Pig Pen strip club exterior.
- In early screenshots, the strip club used a static set of doors (seemingly a placeholder) instead of the interactive set of doors. The Fancy That! logo is visible in the door sign in promotional screenshots.[1]
- In the final version, the door texture is still present in the texture container for The Pig Pen, albeit unused. The Fancy That! logo has also been removed from the texture during the development.[2]
