The H4PP1 pills are anti-depressants drugs created sometime before 2007 by The Project at the Cottonmouth Asylum in Manhunt 2. Posters for it can be found inside the Project Laboratories.

The subject matter of this section is related to the HD Universe, and therefore is non canon to the Manhunt series.
This drug also exist in some different form in the HD Universe. In Grand Theft Auto IV, it is sold on the in-game website "yourmexicandoctor.com", along with Hingmyralgan, a pain reliever drug mentioned in Manhunt 2. They are not manufactured by Cottonmouth Asylum in this separate canon.
