The player has to execute a hunter using any weapon in a Gruesome level. Select Born Again, pick up the Plastic Bag, walk through the road until reaching the Hood, target and hold the Action button or Action2 button until the aim turns to the color red, then release. The trophy He Never Saw it Coming is now obtained.
