The Pen is a green class weapon available in Manhunt 2.

Description

The Pen is one of the most important office implements. It's a good thing to have when it comes to writing down crucial information, such as sales records, your grocery list, the names of admitted people, and other mundane stuff. But that pointed end gives a psycho like Leo Kasper a gruesome inspiration to stick it up the jugular of anyone who has the guts to cross him in executions of various levels of brutality.

As a melee weapon, the Pen is extremely weak. Like most Green class weapons, the Pen will break and be disposed if it is swung and connects on a target or a surface, such as a wall. It will break around 3-5 hits.

Executions

Type	Execution	Description	Prompts
Hasty		From behind, the player simply stabs the side of the target's neck with the pen and breaks it off. As the slain target dies, the player shoves their still standing corpse away to his back.
Violent		The player gets the target's attention by poking their back. The now alerted target attempts to retaliate with a quick turn and a punch, but the player intercepts the punch with his free arm and stabs his pen up their throat. The player twists the pen around as they bleed profusely from the neck before taking out the pen and disposing it.
Gruesome		From behind, the player swings the pen towards the side of the target's throat to stab them and gets them to turn towards him. The player pokes both of their eyes out and stabs them thrice in the chest before thrusting his pen deeper into the wound thrice, killing them and disposing the pen.
Jump		Shares animation with the syringe. The player jumps from an elevated position and tackles the target down to the ground with his weight falling upon them. The player then stabs the target twice in the neck and shakes the lodged pen around before taking it out, disposing it.

• Awakening (Inside the orderly's office after beating the tutorial inmate to death, on a corpse of an inmate in front of the elevator once it stops at the first floor, inside another orderly's security station after the penultimate checkpoint)
