While Phil Cassidy does not makes a physical appearance in Manhunt, a gun emporium by the name of Cassidy's Bargain Firearms Emporium is mentioned by one of Gary Schaffer's corrupt cops from the CCPD, implying that Cassidy eventually expanded his business to Carcer City.
