The bar is located in the Carcer City Mall, in The Innocentz-controlled neighborhood of East Los Albos, Carcer City.
Events of Manhunt[]
After saving at least one his family members, James Earl Cash is dropped off at the Carcer City Mall by the Cerberus on orders of snuff film director Lionel Starkweather to record his next snuff tape titled View of Innocence. Once he is at the mall, Cash is tasked to find a tape and a camera in the mall filled with gun-wielding Innocentz to watch a special movie just for him.
Upon collecting the tape from the Rollio Records store, Cash goes to Pirso's Bar to watch the tape on the TV available inside. Cash gets the power back from a switch in the bar's basement. On the way back to the television, an Innocentz member jumps out from a bathroom, scaring Cash. Cash kills him and plays the video tape, which shows an Innocentz member taunting the camera before decapitating Cash's relative gruesomely with a Machete. Enraged, Cash shatters the television set on which he was watching the tape.

- The corpse of a man (implied to be a Hood) can be found in one of the bathroom stalls after the Innocentz member leaves.
