Also referred to as the "tolerance zone", this neighborhoood is the {{WP|red-light district}} of the city of Cottonmouth, housing much of the city's seedy businesses, including strip clubs, pornography stores and porn theaters – prostitution, gangs, drugs, and the violence goes along with the area.

*According to the official concept art for the location, it seems to be heavily based on {{WP|New Orleans}}, supporting the fact that Cottonmouth might be inspired mainly from New Orleans.
