The Bloodhounds are a hunter group in Manhunt 2.
Background[]
They are a gang of stereotypical right-wing nationalists, they call Daniel Lamb, a liberal, a traitor, a draft-dodger a communist, and even a "feminazi". Some Bloodhounds are veterans of Operation:Desert Storm which might be the reason behind their mental issues and an affnity for killing. Some members are also climate change deniers, and have a distain for Mexicans. Many of them are also fundamentalist Christians. Judging by their accents, they come from Southern United States, just like many members of The Skinz.

Names like Clyde, Bobby [1], Lewis [2], Larry [3] Marlene [4], Rick [5], Sue [5], Johnny [6], and Otis [7] are said by the Bloodhounds to refer to each other. It is unknown which among them do these names belong to.

Events of Manhunt 2[]
- Main article: Most Wanted
Some time after the situation at the Bees Honey Pot, the Project hires the Bloodhounds to track down Daniel Lamb (and Leo Kasper) with an unspecified bounty on their own heads. They are briefed on the target's background, prompting them to bring loads of guns and heavy weaponry to take down the Project's ultimate killer. Despite this, they all fail as they are murdered or evaded by Danny who overwhelms their superior numbers with skills as he makes his way through the streets and the storm drains of the city of Cottonmouth until he loses them by climbing into a sewer, never encountering them after that.
- Main article: Broadcast Interrupted
Weeks after Pickman's death, Leo infiltrates a Project-owned TV-MK studio and massacres the agents posing as TV crews to clear the area. He and Danny scour the studio for lead on the Project they can follow to set them free while “finding his past” amongst the records. Danny eventually gives up, frustrating Leo who urges him to push on so that they can find what they need. However, a tape recording by Dr. Whyte prompts them to look for her, but they are interrupted by the Bloodhounds who enter the studio to claim their bounty. Danny shoots his way out of the TV studio until the area is clear of any mercenaries.
- Main article: Altered State
Danny escapes the studio alive with Leo and finds himself in a set filled with Wild West scenery for the shooting of Five Past High Noon. Danny scours the land of Bloodhounds as he pursues Dr. Whyte who is guarded by the Bloodhounds. Once Danny reaches a clearing, the gate behind him shuts as they prepare to kill him one last time in an ambush while Whyte escapes the area. They all fail to cover Whyte as they are slain or evaded, allowing Danny and Leo to chase Whyte.
Beta[]
More information about the unused model, The Bloodhounds used very different outfits, wearing a torn America flag as a shroud. The image comes from the website of a Manhunt 2 developer.
- The first one wears a torn shroud with the American flag all over it. The shroud's hood only has one hole for his right eye. He also wears urban camo fatigues (including a jacket and bloused pants), an ammo belt hung on his right shoulder, black gloves, and black boots.
- Second one wears a blue tattered shroud with a white star on his chest and the forehead of his head, resembling Marvel Comics’ Captain America. He wears desert camo fatigues composed of a jacket and bloused pants, ammo belts on his waist, black gloves, and black boots.
- The third one is basically blo_A whose model remains unused in the game files.
- Fourth one wears a distinct hood similar to blo_D’s KKK-inspired hood, except it has the American flag's blue colors and white stars plus it only has one eyehole for his right eye. Its flag design extends to his torn shroud and he wears ammo belts hung from each shoulder. He wears urban camo fatigues like the first one, but he has brown shoes.
