Events of Manhunt 2[]
At 7:54 PM, the night of the Project's fatal failure, the Project Militia execute an ambush for rogue scientist Daniel Lamb by luring him to the Fisto Sugar Manufactory Depot at Blackwell Island by using their decoy Michael Grant to lure him there where they can ambush him. The plan proceeds well at first until they receive new orders to kill the two Best Friends, causing the latter to flee and the former to chase him as Leo. He anticipates their arrival and compromises the ambush with his skills, killing many operators and Michael to steal his boat keys, escaping the island on his boat. Severe Project casualties during the failed ambush were reported in a mail written by Dr. Whyte.[5]
At 9:32 PM of the same night, Daniel carries out the Assassination of Stanley Grex with a Sniper Rifle and the assistance of Leo in the Maibatsu Plaza at the Cottonmouth City Center in order to cripple the Project by eliminating their main source of funding. The Project militia arrives at the scene and identify the shooter, prompting them to pursue and kill him. The two initiate their escape plan, but it is compromised halfway in the rooftops, forcing them to go to a nearby skyscraper in construction to get down to street level and escape in a sewer system. Project casualties during this operation were also reported in Dr. Whyte's mail.[5]

Beta Content[]
The Project Militia had different outfits very similar to Manhunt's own hunters, the Cerberus.
- First one with full covered mask with wires and six red goggles, fully armored outfit with Project's logo and hand gloves, black cargo pants with equipment on the belt, and black shoes.
- Second one with also full covered mask with little differences, it has holes for breathing, no wires, and green colored goggles instead of red ones with only two unlike the first one there are four, fully armor torso with gloves, cargo pants on equipment on the belt, and shoes.
- The third militia wore a coat, had a similar mask to the second one, black gloves, a red armband on his right arm, black camo pants, and gray military boots.
- The fourth militia had a gray camo shirt and pants, black gloves, gray boots, a bulletproof vest, and he also wore headgear such as a gas mask and a helmet.

Trivia[]
- Considering that the first variant of the beta Militia has multiple goggles/eyes, this could imply that they were supersoldiers.
- The Project Militia likely played a larger role in the game, as they appear in Origins and Release Therapy in PSP 0.01.
- Additionally, the early intro for Broadcast Interrupted also indicates that they would appear in the level instead of the Bloodhounds.
- Dialogues from several militia members indicate that some of them were in prison, and some even on death row before becoming members of the Project Militia.
- As they only appear in Flashback episodes, it is extremely likely that the Project Militia was dissolved around 2001. This is further enforced by the fact that the Project is explicitly stated to have lost funding after Leo's initial rampage.
