Wapona Hills is a neighborhood of Carcer City that appears in Manhunt.
Description[]
Wapona Hills is a wealthy residential enclave located in the outskirts of the city. It is the last neighborhood visited in Manhunt. It is the home to film director Lionel Starkweather's sprawling estate. A deranged cannibalistic man known as Piggsy lives in Starkweather's Estate, chained by the director in his attic to be used as a star actor in his snuff film ring.
Events of Manhunt[]
After finishing recording a snuff movie at the Darkwoods Penitentiary, James Earl Cash managed to escape with the help of a Carcer City News Journalist who reveals to him the identity of the Director and her plan to expose his operations, which Cash decides to participate in for revenge.
Starkweather's Estate is first seen during Border Patrol, when the Journalist is outside the estate with a mobile news team covering the story on Starkweather and the allegations of him being in a snuff film ring, which he refuses to comment on according to her.
Shortly after helping the Journalist collect the evidence from her apartment and let her leave town with it, the Cerberus sent by Starkweather successfully capture Cash and transport him to his estate in Wapona Hills. However, former snuff film star Piggsy escapes his prison from the estate's attic, distracting the Cerberus team who are subsequently slaughtered by him. Cash exploits this to make his way inside the mansion while facing the Cerberus patrolling the land.
Cash manages to take the elevator up to Starkweather's floor, eliminates Piggsy in a deadly game of cat and mouse and a group of armed Cerberus on the way to Starkweather's office, before brutally murdering the director using a Chainsaw. Soon after his death, Starkweather's snuff ring is exposed.
