The company is a delivery service serving the Southeastern United States, including city of Cottonmouth. The location of their main headquarters is unknown. Both the Burrito and Mule are used as delivery vehicles by the company, as they are seen bearing the Xpress Delivery company logo in certain episodes.
An Xpress Delivery Mule can be spotted at the RSV Gasoline station during Ritual Cleansing, and the company's Burrito can be found parked at the TV-MK Studios during Broadcast Interrupted. It features the company's phone number 555-XPRESS.
